Sandra Buatti-Ramos, MA, ACRW, CLMC is actively engaged in scholarly activities that help inform practice and improve the career services profession. She is the 2021 CSPA-NYS Innovation & Research Award recipient. This grant is intended to help scholars/practitioners consider new ideas and spark enthusiasm for out-of-the-box thinking.
